Cacique® Yogurt Smoothie Popsicles with a Touch of Honey and Fresh Fruit
WHAT YOU NEED
- MANGO POPSICLE
- 1 Cacique® Yogurt Smoothie Mango Flavor
- Small handful of strawberries
- 1 fresh pineapple spear or 4 chunks
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 5 paper cups (3oz size) - found in the napkin and paper plate section in the market
- 5 lollipop/popsicle sticks
- BANANA PIÑA COLADA POPSICLE
- 1 Cacique® Yogurt Smoothie Piña Colada Flavor
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 5 lollipop/popsicle sticks
- STRAWBERRY POPSICLE
- 1 Cacique® Yogurt Smoothie Strawberry Flavor
- 1 large strawberry
- 1 handful of fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 5 paper cups
- 5 lollipop/popsicle sticks

HOW TO MAKE IT
- FOR MANGO POPSICLE: In a blender, blend together fruit, honey and about 2oz yogurt until smooth. Pour into a measuring cup with a spout. Add the remaining yogurt and stir. Fill 5 paper cups about halfway (2oz) cover with foil and cut a slit. Insert lollipop stick and freeze.
- FOR BANANA PIÑA COLADA POPSICLE: In a blender, blend together banana, honey and about 2oz yogurt until smooth. If you want a more subtle banana flavor, use a bit less banana. Pour into a measuring cup with a spout. Add the remaining yogurt and stir. Fill 5 paper cups about halfway (2oz) cover with foil and cut a slit. Insert lollipop stick and freeze.
- FOR STRAWBERRY POPSICLE: In a blender, blend together fruit, honey and about 2oz yogurt until smooth. If you want a more subtle raspberry flavor, use a bit less raspberries. - Freeze for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight. For serving, remove the frozen popsicle from the paper cup and enjoy!
