Chorizo Bean & Queso Burrito
WHAT YOU NEED
- 9oz Cacique Pork Chorizo
- 1 16oz can Refried Beans
- 1 16oz package Cacique Queso Blanco Dip
- Cacique Homestyle Salsa
- 4 Flour Tortillas, burrito size
- Green onions, chopped for garnish (optional)
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Cook chorizo in a skillet over medium heat, break down into crumbles with a wooden spoon about 6-8 minutes. Carefully blot out some of the extra grease with paper towel.
- Add the refried beans with the chorizo and mix together well on low just long enough to warm the beans.
- Heat up the Cacique Queso Blanco Dip according to the instructions on the package.
- Warm up tortillas on both sides over the stovetop or on a comal.
- Assemble burritos. Divide up the chorizo beans and fill the center of each tortilla, then wrap up your burritos.
- Plate burritos then pour on the warm Queso Dip, garnish with Cacique Homestyle Salsa and chopped green onions.
