Mexican Cheese Board
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 package- Cacique Ranchero brand Queso Fresco- cut into slices
- 1 package- Cacique Panela- cut into small wedges
- 1 package- Cacique Oaxaca- broken down into large strings
- 1 package- Cacique Cotija- cut into small cubes
- Spicy Dark Chocolate
- Variety of Chips and crackers: tortilla chips, plantain chips, chicharron’s, multigrain or artisan crackers
- Nuts: spicy pistachios, walnuts, or almonds
- Fruit Spreads: chili fig spread and guava paste
- Fruit: chile covered dried mangoes, red grapes, pears, red and green apples
- Wine: your preference
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Board: Choose a large board so you have lots of room to add all your cheese and other ingredients.
- Extras: Make sure to include small cheese knives and tongs for serving.
- Build: Arrange your board however you like and serve at your next gathering!
