Beef Short Rib Sliders With Chipotle Crema Sauce
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 – 15 oz. jar of Cacique® Crema Mexicana
- 1 tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (about one pepper with sauce)
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 - Cacique® Cotija Cheese (two thinly sliced pieces of Cacique® Cotija Cheese per slider)
- 1 pound boneless beef short ribs
- 1 bag coleslaw
- Slider Buns

HOW TO MAKE IT
- Add entire container of Cacique® Crema Mexicana to a blender, along with chipotle and garlic salt. Blend until smooth. Put a 16-ounce bag of coleslaw in a bowl and add about ¼ cup of chipotle sauce and mix well. Add more if you'd like it more saucy. Set aside.
- Cut thin slices of Cotija cheese for sliders and set aside. Coat a pan in olive oil and heat to medium. Sprinkle short ribs with salt and pepper and cook for 2 to 4 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from heat and thinly slice.
- Place 2 to 3 slices of meat on bottom piece of slider bun. Top with cheese and coleslaw. Drizzle chipotle sauce over the slider and add top bun. Serve with chips or steamed vegetables. Enjoy!
