Black-n-Blue Cheesecake Paletas
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 cup fresh blackberries, rinsed
- 1 cup fresh blueberries, rinsed
- 2/3 cup sugar, divided
- 6 ounces cream cheese, divided, softened
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup Cacique® Crema Mexicana Agria
- 6 popsicle sticks

HOW TO MAKE IT
- In a small saucepan over low-medium heat, place berries and 1/3 cup sugar. Stir until sugar melts and mixture begins to bubble; Approximately 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- In a blender, combine 1/3 cup sugar, 3 ounces cream cheese, 1/4 cup Crema Agria and 1/3 cup milk. Blend until all ingredients are mixed well. Pour mixture in a medium bowl and set aside.
- Combine berry mixture in the blender, 3 ounces cream cheese and 1/4 cup Crema Agria. Blend until smooth.
- Pour berry mixture into milk mixture and lightly stir to make swirls. Pour into paleta molds just a little over 2/3 full. Fill the remaining 1/3 with cookie crumbs. Insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze overnight. To unmold: Dip molds in warm water and gently pull on stick until the paleta becomes loose and is released by the mold.
