Breakfast Quesadilla
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 package (7 oz.) Cacique® Queso Quesadilla Shredded Cheese
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- ¼ cup tomato, chopped
- 1 tsp. onion, chopped
- 8 flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Scramble eggs with cilantro, tomato, onion, salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat tortilla in a separate skillet. When tortilla is pliable, place scrambled eggs on top and sprinkle cheese over. Top with another tortilla. Brown both sides of tortilla until crispy and golden in color. Serve with your favorite salsa and Cacique® Crema Mexicana.
