Carne Asada Tacos
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 lb. of charbroiled steak, cut into strips
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 Corn tortillas
- Cacique Queso Jalapeno Dip
- Cacique Homestyle Salsa
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Season steak strips with salt and pepper and cook on skillet or grill over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Heat the Cacique Queso Jalapeno Dip to the package instructions until you get the consistency you like.
- To plate, heat the corn tortillas in a pan on both sides. Once warmed, fill each tortilla with the steak. Top each taco with generous spoonfuls of Cacique Queso Jalapeno Dip and Cacique Homestyle Salsa. Sprinkle with freshly chopped cilantro.
