Fresas Con Crema
WHAT YOU NEED
- 32 ounces Fresh Strawberries, hulled
- 16 ounces Cacique® Crema Mexicana Agria
- 2/3 cup Cacique® Crema Mexicana
- 14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
- Whipped Cream, for garnish (optional)
- Toasted Coconut, for garnish (optional)

HOW TO MAKE IT
- Slice the strawberries into thin slices.
- Add the Crema Agria, Crema Mexicana, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla to a blender. Blend on medium high one minute.
- Spoon 1/2 cup of fresh sliced strawberries into a clear glass cup. Pour 1/2 cup of the cream mixture over the top.
- Serve chilled with whipped cream and sliced strawberries on top, and a sprinkle of toasted coconut shreds.
