Halloween Stuffed Mummy Peppers
WHAT YOU NEED
- 24 sweet peppers stems removed, halved
- 1 cup black beans drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup Cacique® Oaxaca cheese, shredded into thin slices
- Candy Eyes

HOW TO MAKE IT
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread sweet peppers on parchment paper on baking sheet. Fill each pepper with black beans. Add a couple pieces of cheese on top of each one, resembling a mummy.
- Bake for 5 minutes to melt the cheese. When removed from the oven, add 2 eyes to each mummy on top of the cheese, gently pressing it down to stick.
