QUESO FUNDIDO WITH RANCHERO BEEF CHORIZO
HOW TO MAKE IT
- In a nonstick skillet, cook chorizo on medium heat for about 8-10 minutes while breaking apart with spatula. Drain and blot out extra grease with paper towel if necessary and set aside.
- Add shredded cheese to skillet; one handful at a time and stir until melted.
- Add chorizo and fold into melted cheese.
- Top with Cacique® Chunky Medium Salsa and garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Serve immediately with warm tortillas or chips.
