Chicken Chalupas with Salsa Roja
WHAT YOU NEED
- 12 fried petite tortillas (3-4 inches)
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup crumbled Cacique® Queso Fresco
- 1 cup salsa roja (tomato and chile de arbol red sauce)
- 1 cup Cacique® Crema Mexicana
- 12 avocado slices

HOW TO MAKE IT
- Place 2 fried tortillas on your plate.
- Add 2 small scoops of shredded chicken on each. Sprinkle Cacique® Queso Fresco crumbles evenly on each chalupa.
- Drizzle with salsa roja and Cacique® Crema Mexicana. Finish with a slice of avocado and enjoy!
