Cilantro Dip
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 cup Cacique® Crema Mexicana Agria
- ¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, minced
- 4 tsp. lime juice
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve with chips, crudités, or as a quesadilla topping.
