HOW TO MAKE IT
- Preheat oven to 450ºF.
- Place Sopes on a baking sheet and brush them with olive oil. Place a tablespoon of Cacique Homestyle Salsa on each Sope and spread around to cover the base of Sope.
- Sprinkle Oaxaca on top of the salsa on each Sope then add pepperoni.
- Bake 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and starting to brown and the edges of the Sopes are golden brown.
- Serve warm and garnish with fresh basil.
