Strawberries and Crema Paletas
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 cup Cacique® Crema Mexicana
- ½ cup milk
- 2 ½ tablespoons of sugar
- 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries, divided
- EQUIPMENT: Paleta molds and sticks
HOW TO MAKE IT
- In a blender, blend Cacique® Crema Mexicana, milk, sugar and 1 cup of frozen strawberries.
- Drop a few pieces of the remaining strawberries into the paleta molds and fill with the strawberry-crema mixture.
- Place in the popsicle sticks.
- Freeze until solid, 5-8 hours or overnight.
- To easily unmold the popsicles, run the popsicle mold under water for a few minutes, then gently pull them out.
