Whole Wheat Veggie Wraps
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3 medium-sized whole-wheat tortillas
- 6 thin slices of Cacique® Oaxaca Cheese
- 6 thin slices of Cacique® Quesadilla cheese
- 1-cup spinach – washed and dried or from a ready to eat bag
- 1 carrot
- 1 ripe avocado
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Thinly slice cheese and set aside. Cut avocado in small pieces. Place tortillas on a plate and layer each tortilla with 2 slices of Oaxaca and then spinach. Grate carrot onto spinach layer. Layer each tortilla with 2 slices of Quesadilla cheese and avocado. Roll tortilla as firmly as possible and slice. Enjoy!
