Cilantro-Lime Dip
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1/2 cup Crema Mexicana Agria
- 1 cup rough chopped cilantro
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Add all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend well for approximately 2 minutes. Serve cold or at room temperature.
