Queso Fundido with Oaxaca and Chorizo
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 package Cacique® Oaxaca, shredded
- ½ package Cacique® Beef, Pork or Soy Chorizo

HOW TO MAKE IT
- In skillet on medium heat, cook chorizo until it crumbles, about 8-10 minutes. Drain if necessary. Reserve a large spoonful for the top.
- Add shredded cheese; one handful at a time and stir until melted. Top with reserved chorizo and serve immediately with warm tortillas or chips
